Delete Your Kanoonify Account

You can permanently delete your Kanoonify account and associated data at any time.

In the app (instant):

Open Kanoonify and log in
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Delete Account
Confirm — your account is deleted immediately

By email (if you can no longer access the app):

Email kanoonifyy@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered with. We confirm the request by replying to that address, and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your login identity (email address and mobile number) and profile (name, photo, credentials)
Your notifications, enquiries and device push tokens
For advocates: cases you created are removed from the platform
For clients: your link to any cases is removed

Chat messages already delivered to other users may remain visible to those recipients, as with standard messaging apps. See our Privacy Policy for details.
